Using decades of industry contacts and savvy, Tartan Talent works with your genre preference(s) to create custom lists to chose your talent.Our expertise includes any advice or exclusive entertainment industry information to enhance your success.Using our expansive network and two decades of experience, we submit an industry crafted offer on your behalf. Once accepted, we negotiate a contract between you and the talent.

Level 2: It’s Really Happening!
Level 2 has all the benefits in Level 1, including we ADVANCE your event
with the talent.Advancing includes working with your venue, the talent and their
staff, and you and your team to produce an outstanding event. This requires
our expertise in knowing all the details! Those cover:

- Airfares, Hotel Rooms, Limos, Vans, Hospitality, Technical Needs (light/sound/staging/musical instrument rental and tuning).
- Rider demands.
- PR plusses: We will work to get pre-show interviews so you can sell more tickets!
- We also will get you approved PR materials to advertise
We can also usually arrange post-show meet and greets for top donors or contest winners.
Level 3: Turn Key Concert!
Level 3 includes both Level 1 and 2, PLUS I come to your event and manage everything for you onsite. Consider us your production team to handle all details. I am your stage manager, your crew boss, and your representative that runs the entire event in your best interest. I am your advocate to make sure you have the best night you can imagine! Those details could include: spearheading a line into the post show meet and greet; ironing the talent’s shirt; or runs to the airport to pick up lost luggage! We have done it all!
